Rev. Gary Shaw

PASTOR

Rev. Gary Shaw is a retired elder from the New England Conference. He is a graduate of Boston University School of Theology and began serving local churches in 1978 in the former New Hampshire Conference. During his time in ministry he served country, urban and suburban churches and eight years as a District Superintendent. He has held several District and Conference positions and was part of the management team that oversaw the merger of the New Hampshire, Maine and Southern New England Conferences into the New England Conference. Gary and his spouse Melanie live in Bayview with their dog Mahri.

Nicoletta Gena

Administrative Assistant

Nicoletta was born in Chicago, IL. She is a trained French pastry chef and holds a degree in Human Services. Currently, her favorite “hobbies” are supporting and encouraging her two teenagers in all their activities. She feels truly grateful for her family and the many ways God has blessed her journey.

Jim Lagrange

building superintendent

Jim was born Syracuse, New York. He is a retired ship repair, machinist supervisor with over 50 years of machinery repair experience. He was a pulsing manager at Jefferson Arms Coop for 11years He is the President of the church United Methodist Men and on the board of directors of the Virginia Conference United Methodist Church Camp Occohannock.

Paul Neuen

Building Custodian

Paul was born in Decatur, Indiana and raised in Reading Pennsylvania. He joined the Navy when at 17 and was stationed in Norfolk, He enjoys listening to music and spending time with his grandkids and family.
